This contemporary residential project is a perfect blend of modern day steel technology
and climate responsive architecture. The whole structure sits on a cliff and has a panoramic
view of the city. The concept is derived from a black box structure, partially detached from the
rest of the building and having its own contribution to the passive design of the building.
Designing has been done in such a way that ample amount of sunlight comes through the
opening. Moreover solar panels have also been fitted to efficiently bring down the electrical
consumption of the household.
